14+ YEARS DRIVING SUSTAINABLE CHANGE
For over 14 years since its establishment in 2008, Mobility Sierra Leone has been promoting the creation of an inclusive society that ensures the equal participation of persons with disabilities in national development. Leveraging on the support from local and international partners, we have built an impressive local structure that resonate well with our vision to provide accessible and affordable mobility aids to every disabled person in Sierra Leone without any discrimination or prejudice. Thanks to the support of credible institutions and organizations who believes and supports our vision.
WHAT WE DO
With the support of local and donor partners, Mobility Sierra Leone produce, assemble, and distribute mobility and other assistive devices to persons with disabilities across Sierra Leone, thereby enhancing their off-ground movement to school, places of work, and their surroundings. With special support from Tools for Self Reliant UK, Mobility Sierra Leone supports the disability community in Sierra Leone with tools and skill trainings.

EQUIPED ORGANIZATIONS
Mobility Sierra Leone has trained organizational staff working on disability issues on minor and major mobility device repairs

We have also trained community stakeholders on disability early identification, management, prevention and referrals.

Mobility Sierra Leone has reduced the number of broken wheelchairs and other devices in the country than ever before.
